However, there are many problems that can prevent a team from reaching its full potential, such as interpersonal conflict and weak communication. Team Performance Profiling examines 12 key facets of team functioning, and psychometrically uncovers how a team is performing on these key criteria.
We provide detailed and in-depth feedback about the results of the profiling exercise, and then work with the team to explore action plans to capitalise on team strengths and address the areas of deficit.
