Bradford Supporting People bought in Actualise to begin the process of building up the team to address key issues relating to poor team performance. They came in at a very early stage where distrust and loyalties were being challenged, and delivered classic team building to include group exercises and to challenge some of the impact of negative working. The day resulted in a number of outcomes... we are still on a journey of discovery and still have a way to go but I cannot underestimate valuable team building and the positive impact it can have.
